Not to mention, she is a great negotiator when it comes to price. We contacted Carrie via email (she was quick to respond) regarding our relocation plans (we were living in NY at the time). Carrie was able to meet us over Thanksgiving weekend 2014. Carrie showed us different communities around Duval & St Johns County that met our criteria and provided us with the "lay of the land". When we returned to NY, Carrie even assisted us in finding temporary housing by providing us with a list of recommended rental properties and even looked at 2 properties for us! We had numerous calls with Carrie that even stretched into the evening hours. Carrie went way above and beyond and really helped us to feel comfortable and confident with our rental choice! After looking at numerous homes and communities of interest, we decided to build our home in St Johns County. Carrie was there for us every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable of the new home building process. Carrie made sure that the builder and us as homeowners were always on the same page in terms of expectations and timing. She helped guide us through the 7 month process and even attended all of our appointments with the builder! Carrie was a great sounding board when it came to determining our options and letting us know what options are a good value and which were not! Also, Carrie has a great network of home inspectors, contractors, etc. She even contacted inspectors on our behalf. Carrie made the process of buying a new home in a new state much less stressful and actually fun! It's worth noting that she is good with children too! She is an amazing realtor and through this process, we've made a new friend too. We recommend Carrie to everyone!!
